Since its inception in 1984, KSBA has completed a wide variety of projects for corporate and institutional clients.  In the mid 1990’s the firm started a specialty in customer service centers that, because of their high user density and dependence on advanced technology, require specialized expertise with ever-evolving trends.

While serving a variety of clients including major corporations, manufacturers, state and federal governments, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions, the firm developed its personality, and most importantly, it’s Performance Design Approach.

This design methodology puts the client first using design to directly assist them in achieving business goals.  KSBA ensures that their clients understand all of the design options relevant to their project and that they understand the projected return on investment, and even tax advantages that may apply.  Performance Design means paying close attention in the design phase so that a project results in improved productivity of staff and building performance as well as speed to market and profitability
