Express Scripts, one of America’s largest pharmacy benefits managers, selected a former Sears big box site in Pueblo, CO for this contact center. The 73,800 SF space was designed to accommodate 594 seats and used a rich color palette throughout as well as a large curvilinear desk in the reception area.

Programming; space planning; architectural design including interior furniture layout; economic analysis of “performance design” alternatives; construction documents and administration were provided by KSBA. Creative use of ceiling-mounted, indirect lighting added to the aesthetics for the workroom, training and conference rooms. The center employees an integrated, raised-floor system installed with under-floor HVAC.

This project was awarded the Best Adaptive Reuse Award from the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) in 2008.
